This session will be livestreamed from our Melbourne professional development day on Sunday 15/02/26, and will be available on our Educator Portal after the PD day. This item is a ticket to an ONLINE professional development session only, NOT to the in-person session in Melbourne. For a ticket to the in person session, please see the “In Person Professional Development” section of our shop.

Come and learn about our unique Pre-literacy program, and how to avoid barriers to children’s learning and how you can support the children in your care to learn the essential foundational skills so they can be ready to read and write once they get to school.

This session will run from 1:15pm-2:45pm Melbourne time (12:45pm-2:15pm Adelaide time). Zoom details will be distributed via email prior to the professional development day. Certificates will be emailed to all participants after the session. This session will be presented by Kathi Hewitson, tommeginne woman and winner of the National Family Day Care Australia Excellence in Family Day Care Coordinator of the Year award 2022.
