Seeking Expressions of interest for Coordinators in Adelaide and Melbourne
Foundations Family Day Care is seeking to have a waitlist of dedicated and warm Early Childhood professionals to join our Coordination Unit in the future, providing in-person and remote support to our Educators in the Melbourne/Adelaide metropolitan area and beyond. If selected, you will be responsible for visiting team members in their homes, building relationships with Educators and children, monitoring compliance, and guiding their growth as professionals, as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the Coordination Unit, including attending monthly staff meetings.
Successful candidates will be trustworthy, responsive, reliable, transparent, and flexible, with the ability to lead from behind and to modify practices, ensuring adaptive solutions for those who need them. You will hold a Diploma-level qualification or higher in ECEC, current First Aid and CPR, a current driver’s license, reliable, registered car, current Working With Children Check, and a solid understanding of child safety. A new police check will be required prior to starting. Experience as an Educator Family Day Care is highly desirable but not essential, as are qualifications in Training and Assessment or other specialised areas (e.g. inclusion support, Montessori, bush kinder, etc).
