We have had our first cycle of FCR and have some important learnings from this. This session will look at the FCRs from each group for our first cycle and will also look at how we can improve (and shrink) the output from each, ready for implementation in our second cycle. This is essential for all Foundations Educators and staff.

This session will run from 9:00am-10:30am Melbourne Time (8:30am-10:00am Adelaide time). Please arrive early so we can start promptly. Please advise of any allergies as morning tea will be provided. BYO lunch and afternoon tea if staying. Certificates will be provided to all participants after the session to the supplied email address. This session will be presented by Kathi Hewitson, tommeginne woman and winner of the National Family Day Care Australia Excellence in Family Day Care Coordinator of the Year award 2022.

Please note: these sessions will be recorded for our Educator portal, so our Educators can reference and review these sessions in the future.

Foundations Family Day Care

Foundations Family Day Care honours and gives our respects to the Wurrundjeri, Boonwurrung, Taungurong, Dja Dja Wurrung and the Wathaurung peoples (being the Kulin Nation), the traditional owners of the land on which we live, work, play and learn. They have been stewards of this land for time immemorial, caring for and promoting the welfare of the land and those who rely on it. We give our respects to their elders, past and future, and especially other Elders who live, visit and work alongside us. We honour and respect their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this country. We aim to respect cultural heritage, customs and beliefs of all Indigenous peoples.
