As FFDC introduces new technology, we recognise that bugs, issues, and transition challenges arise from time to time. Please use this form to lodge support tickets for software used service-wide, including:

  • Dropbox

  • Discord

  • Portals

  • Zoom

  • HubWorks/HubHello

Support tickets are triaged according to urgency. You will be contacted about your support ticket as soon as possible, knowing that others’ tickets may be triaged as a higher priority.

Please note: IT support tickets are actioned by Laura on her working days (15h per week). If your issue is critical and cannot wait, please submit a ticket and call Kathi for emergency tech support.
